KW1 / Kwikset Key Customizable w/ FreeCAD by bigun

Download and open the FreeCAD file, the STL is useless unless you want a 11111 key. In the model tree, locate the Bitting Numbers spreadsheet. Input your needed numbers. In the model tree, click on the Kwikset Key object Click on File -> Export Save your STL Done! For the love of all that's holy, print this with some really strong stuff, regular PLA will not cut it. PLA+ or better recommended. Even then, be really gentle. If you feel the key bending - STOP! Just pull out the key and either recheck the bitting numbers or try better material. I am not responsible for lost keys in key holes.
