Pencil Holder by Kalbo64

A simple design of a pen holder or for small items that swivels on a bearing. The model prints in three parts with no supports. I am very inexperienced in creating models so no doubt it could be improved upon. Sticking some rubber of some sort under the base should stop the base turning when turning the top.
