Ma'Deuce! I was working on some gaslands cars and wanted a scale .50 cal for some technicals. However, all the ones I found here were either designed for printing much larger or simplified for filament to the point they're not very recognizable as M2s. So I re-learned blender and got to work! I combined a bunch of available files, and edited the final product extensively. The key goals were ease of printing and visual clarity. Basics: This is Heroic Scale, or in other words, a caricature of a real M2. Proportions are not accurate, details are exaggerated for recognizably. It is scaled for ~26-28mm character models. Great for 32mm as well, just times by 1.14! This is designed for Resin printing, I doubt it'll work on filament machines... I recommend using the skyscraper method to print this, or your barrel will go all wonky. Print well supported, from bottom-up. Make sure the one round between the box and feed hole has a support or it will fail. And that's that! I'll add a picture of the print once it's painted. If you print it, I'd love to hear!
