Bi-Wing Lobe Pump Shaft Centerer - Leak prevention by Persano

This utilizes the 4 holes for the motor mount to center the shaft and also helps with the leaking. I have been working on this pump which is awesome and I made some modifications in how to build it (I am using a cork-rubber seal for joining parts together, so I can get more pressure and less leaks).
