My first try at a major insert. Might be a little clunky, but I wanted to completely fill the box. Everything just fits when the playmats and rule books are added. Print one of each: 4P Lid (Optional) 5P Lid (Optional) Bag Box (Solid or Hex) Barrels Boat Box (Solid or Hex) Boat Box Lid Estates Festival Spacer Roles Shell (Solid or Hex) Roles Insert Tiles-Base Set Tiles-Expansion 1 Tiles-Expansion 2 Tiles-Production Tiles-VP Buildings Trading House Victory Points Workers Print two of each 4 & 5 Player Box Gold & Silver Notes I tried to go with smaller design pieces, to break it up into shorter print jobs. The Roles Insert should fit pretty snugly in the Roles Shell. I used a little superglue on the inner posts to fix it in place, just be sure that the slot lines up with the strip on the bottom to keep the Register tile from falling out. Role slots were split up for quick access depending on number of players & expansions: Register Builder, Captain, Craftsman, Planter, Recruiter, Trader Governor, Trading House Adventurer x2 Smuggler tiles We use a bag to pull tiles for the estates, rather than stacking them up - hence the Bag Box. 4 and 5 Player Lids are optional. They're a little loose, but nice for labeling the boxes. I used a paint pen to write the quantities of workers and exp that goes in each. Uses 6mm x 1mm magnets for the active game tiles (Production, Base Set, Expansion 2, and VP Buildings) Uses Fabmaszter's Boats (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3960925) in place of the cardboard boats The Boat Box is designed to store the cardboard boats on the bottom, underneath the Boat Lid, with the 3D printed boats and their inserts on top. They just fit if you leave three of the inserts in the boats. Uses Redmage's Trading House (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:581950) Tray design inspired by Interceptor3277's (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4949625)
