I am terrible at gluing things. With the multi-material printers out today I decided to use the printer capability to help assemble the model. So I used Bambu Studio to assemble the cam lobes into groups of four, align the marks, and print them fused together. This reduces the critical dimensions from 16 to 4 so there is much less sanding needed and of course much less gluing. I also added some color to better show the cam lobe numbers -- you could easily delete the painting in Bambu Studio if you wish. The attached 3MF is for Bambu printers with an AMS. It uses dense, full contact supports so you need Bambu Support for PLA or PETG to print the cam in PLA.
