Citadel File Handles by ChozoGallifreyan

Tried printing the original to use on my Citadel Files, came up a bit too loose. I've created tighter holes that the files fit more snugly in...fair warning they might need some grunt to get in, so feel free to tweak with the hole size, the diameter of the hole at present is 3.3mm
